Consistency!

I’ve been working out at the gym for the last 8 years and the one thing I’ve learned about keeping your fittest is consistency. Going to the gym 4-5 days a week without taking long breaks has been one of the main reasons that i keep fit. Now there’s so many other factors that will help you improve whatever it is your goal is. Diet, supplements, routine changes. But in the end if you dont make it to the gym every week the results wont show.
